PSE's IT Application Solutions team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open IT Architect position!
Specific details regarding the work arrangements for this position will be discussed in further detail during the interview process., In this role you will implement technical experience by leading solutions for SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA migration and upgrade, SAP SaaS solutions, SAP Cloud Platform and various SAP modules such as Finance.
Create solutions, strategies, and maturity roadmaps for SAP platforms such as SAP Ariba, Success Factor, S/4HANA and related data migration, SAP Fiori platform, and SAP Cloud Platform for utilities and lead project transformations, including migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
Serve as a subject matter expert to executive leadership on a range of SAP best practice architectures, solutions, and technologies specific for utilities industries and implementing SAP Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS)solutions to manage incident handling, identify hazards, and mitigate risks.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and manage IT SAP architecture technology standards, frameworks, patterns, reference model, and roadmaps associated with SAP Platform.
- Lead and drive cross-IT teams in the development of SAP capability roadmap and deploy SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) to help reduce financial risks.
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of SAP solutions and ensure architectures, technologies, and solutions align with the company's current IT standards.
- Develop solutions that integrate with SAP and non-SAP systems and deploy S/4HANA Utilities to address customer engagement, billing accuracy, asset management, demand forecasting, and compliance for the utilities sector.
- Effectively build influential partnering relationships up, down, and across the organization.
- Successfully socialize ideas, make recommendations, and gather team consensus to solve SAP platform problems.
- Implement strong knowledge of how SAP S/4 HANA scenarios fit into the larger scheme of the company's transformation and how to put that into action.
- Leverage Enterprise Architecture for SAP S/4HANA transformation.
- Optimize existing investments in SAP technologies.
- Develop partners indirectly by coaching and mentoring on SAP architecture, best practices, frameworks, patterns, and standards.
- Responsible for research, evaluation and implementation of new SAP technologies including SAP Sales &Service Cloud, SAP Data Quality Management (DQM), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Process Orchestration(PO), Power Plan, SAP Ariba, SAP Solution Manager, OpenText Archive Server, OpenText Content Server, Redwood, Azure and AWS Hyper Scaler.
Requirements
- Bachelor's (or foreign educ. equiv.) Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field plus five (5) years (post degree, progressive) experience in the job offered or related.
- Leading the architectural design and implementation of SAP solutions.
- Leading project transformations, including migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
- Deployment of S/4HANA Utilities to address customer engagement, billing accuracy, asset management, demand forecasting, and compliance for the utilities sector.
- Implementing SAP Fiori to improve the user experience.
- Implementing SAP Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) solutions to manage incident handling, identify hazards, and mitigate risks.
- Deploying SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) to help reduce financial risks.
- Use of SAP Sales & Service Cloud, SAP Data Quality Management (DQM), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Process Orchestration (PO), Power Plan, SAP BW/4 HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP Solution Manager, Open Text Archive Server, OpenText Content Server, Redwood, Azure and AWS Hyper Scaler.
- Deploying and implementing SAP SuccessFactors to optimize human capital management.
- Implementing workforce management solutions using Workforce and benefits administration solutions using Benefit focus.

The pay range for this position is $229,475., and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
