Job description

  • Own tickets from start to finish
  • IT support across office and warehouse
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, phones, handheld devices
  • Support Warehouse Management systems and automation printers
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions
  • Manage Active Directory access
  • Maintain hardware/software inventory
  • Create documentation and train end users
  • Communicate clearly with staff and senior leadership
  • Fully on-site, multiple nearby buildings within close proximity
  • Great communicator who can fix the issue and explain it clearly to the user

Requirements

  • Drug / nicotine screening
  • Great communication skills
  • 4 years of IT support experience
  • Excellent customer service mindset
  • Analytical troubleshooting and resolution experience
  • O365 / M365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Active Directory support
  • Warehouse technology support (scanners, label printers, WM systems)

Nice to Have

  • SQL knowledge
  • College degree or certifications
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations
  • Experience documenting IT configurations and change management

$50,000 to $60,000 + bonus 7:00am to 4:00pm Overview
