Job description

We are looking for a Systems Analyst who will drive the end user experience with your technical competence, initiative, and brokerage knowledge to support our account management effort for IWMS Clearing and Custody Clients., The focus of this position will entail driving the technical analysis and support of our account management systems. You will be encouraged to support extensive gap analysis, research dataflows from user facing UIs through to backend systems and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. You will work closely with the engineering team to craft, build, test, and deliver the features that make up IWMS Digital Account Management experiences., The Systems Analyst will be part of the IWMS Digital Account Management product area. The candidate will be a core member on a multi-functional Agile scrum team, partnering with Squad leaders, business analysts, architects, technology leads, to ensure successful delivery of program objectives and alignment of the work to deliver the product roadmap.

Requirements

Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technology field preferred

  • Demonstrable professional experience as a Systems Analyst supporting software solutions
  • Required brokerage experience, with strong preference for familiarity in account management capabilities
  • Proven experience researching, optimizing, developing, and authoring solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systems
  • Hands-on experience working with REST, SOAP, JSON, APIs, and Splunk
  • Experience documenting current-state and future-state systems using diagramming tools such as Visio or Draw.io
  • Solid grasp of Structured Query Language (SQL) and general programming concepts
  • Proficiency using SQL tools and querying relational databases
  • Experience working within Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
