IT Specialist

Our client is looking for an IT professional with a background in networking to manage their internal infrastructure. This role supports the technological needs of our engineering and manufacturing teams, ensuring secure and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).

Manage server infrastructure, including virtualization, system backups, and security protocols.

Provide hardware and software support for internal staff, resolving technical issues as they arise.

Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive company data.

Develop or customize scripts and software tools to automate routine IT tasks.

Evaluate and procure hardware and software to ensure the company stays current with industry standards.

Do you have experience in Windows Server administration?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Bachelor"s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, and Switches).

Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux server environments.

Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.

Familiarity with scripting languages (like Python, PowerShell, or Bash) for automation.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
