AI Integration Specialist

We are seeking an AI Integration Specialist with over 3 years of experience to analyze company operations, identify opportunities for AI adoption, and implement innovative solutions to optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business workflows, AI tools, and solution implementation and will leverage these technologies to enhance operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and drive innovation across the organization., * Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.

• Investigate and prioritize opportunities for AI integration based on business needs.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend AI solutions that align with the company's objectives.
• Develop tailored AI integration strategies and present proposals to stakeholders.
• Integrate AI tools and technologies into existing systems, such as ERP and supply chain management platforms.
• Assist in the development, testing, and stabilization of AI models and solutions.
• Leverage AI systems to collect and analyze data, generating actionable business insights.
• Support data-driven decision-making across departments.
• Continuously monitor trends in AI and related technologies to identify opportunities for business application.
• Analyze the ROI (Return on Investment) of AI adoption and provide detailed assessments.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and other departments to ensure project success.
• Provide user training, technical support, and documentation to maximize system adoption.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI, or related fields.
• 1+ years of experience implementing and integrating AI solutions into business processes or related roles.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, system development, technical project management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of AI models, including Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
• Experience with AI solution integrations using APIs and cloud-based services.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and manage organizational change effectively.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean languages.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (e.g., BigQuery, Google AI, etc).
• Experience with ERP systems and process optimization.
• Relevant certifications in AI/ML, data analytics, or related technologies.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, logistics, or inventory management systems.
