Requirements
- 5+ years of Compliance & Service Now report, Jira, Data analytic skills & tech savvy.
- Financial industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self - motivated, driven, strong organizational skill, problem solving, and creative thinking.
Experience with:
- Log Analysis, Security, Vulnerabilities and Compliance
- Issue Management, Audit Liaison and Support Operational Risk Assessment
- Analysis based on the historical data to identify trends to recommend improvements.
- Define and develop quality standards, process improvements and support automation initiatives.
- Hands-on analysis on a large quantity of complicated data from many sources with significant variability to discover trends.
- Strong decision-making skills: problem solving, coupled with attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT
- Demonstrable experience with AWS Platform
- Jenkins, Jira, Git and Artifactory, ServiceNow
- Scripting languages (e.g., UNIX Shell / Powershell / Perl / Python )
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and creative individual
Additional Skills required:
- Interfaces with technical teams, vendors, and other divisions to resolve technical and quality related issues.
- Provides leadership in the areas of change review and approval process, quality engineering and software quality.
- Perform needs and/or gap analysis between current and future state keeping the broad understanding of the department and its key functions.
- Work individually and with the team to identify, develop and implement operational efficiency and controls.
- The team is looking for a highly motivated individual passionate about data and applying quantitative methods to set standards, assess/analyze the performance and Visualize/Monitor and report the complex patterns.
- Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational/departmental objectives.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and capability of researching on challenging tasks and actively looking for solutions.
- Sound multi-tasking, prioritize workload and organizational skills: well organized, dependable, assertive, results oriented and often supporting multiple concurrent effort in various capacities.
