Systems Analyst

• 5+ years of Compliance & Service Now report, Jira, Data analytic skills & tech savvy.
• Financial industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self - motivated, driven, strong organizational skill, problem solving, and creative thinking.

Experience with:

• Log Analysis, Security, Vulnerabilities and Compliance
• Issue Management, Audit Liaison and Support Operational Risk Assessment
• Analysis based on the historical data to identify trends to recommend improvements.
• Define and develop quality standards, process improvements and support automation initiatives.
• Hands-on analysis on a large quantity of complicated data from many sources with significant variability to discover trends.
• Strong decision-making skills: problem solving, coupled with attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT
• Demonstrable experience with AWS Platform
• Jenkins, Jira, Git and Artifactory, ServiceNow
• Scripting languages (e.g., UNIX Shell / Powershell / Perl / Python )
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and creative individual

• Interfaces with technical teams, vendors, and other divisions to resolve technical and quality related issues.
• Provides leadership in the areas of change review and approval process, quality engineering and software quality.
• Perform needs and/or gap analysis between current and future state keeping the broad understanding of the department and its key functions.
• Work individually and with the team to identify, develop and implement operational efficiency and controls.
• The team is looking for a highly motivated individual passionate about data and applying quantitative methods to set standards, assess/analyze the performance and Visualize/Monitor and report the complex patterns.
• Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational/departmental objectives.
