Job description
Staff Analyst - Drive Operational Excellence with a Leader in the Aerospace Industry, As a Staff Analyst, you will be a critical force behind organizational planning, operational rhythm, executive support, and data analysis. You will coordinate major program activities, facilitate high visibility meetings, develop executive level briefings, and generate insights that influence strategy and performance across the enterprise., * Support seamless day to day operations and promote operational excellence.
- Drive operating rhythm logistics including scheduling, planning, and coordination of key program meetings.
- Collect, organize, develop, and analyze data from multiple cross functional sources.
- Track and report performance to plan, workforce levels, training requirements, budget data, and facilities needs.
- Monitor execution of plans while communicating progress to leadership.
- Facilitate recurring meetings including Business Plan Reviews (BPRs), Special Attention Meetings (SAMs), and staff meetings.
- Develop high quality executive level presentations and leadership briefings.
- Strategically design and facilitate large meetings and events for internal teams and external customers.
- Manage meeting action items, summaries, and follow ups to ensure accountability and progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination such as:
- Master's + 4 years' experience, or
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- 6+ years of experience in data collection, analysis, synthesis, and presenting findings.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Teams.
- Experience facilitating meetings, managing action items, and presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience creating executive level briefings.
- Experience developing long range plans, strategic priorities, and organizational reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with peers, leadership, and customers.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills., * Experience building strong collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations and briefing materials.
- 3+ to 5+ years' experience with program management best practices, including:
- Baseline Management
- Performance Metrics
- Customer Communications
- Requirements Management
- Supplier Management
- Earned Value Management

Pay Details: $40.93 per hour
