Job description

SunArch Academy is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Program Director to lead our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Las Vegas. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily program operations, clinical programming, staff performance, and regulatory compliance while ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes for adolescents and families., * Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for PHP and IOP services

  • Ensure programs meet all state, accreditation, and regulatory requirements

  • Supervise and support clinical and program staff, including hiring, training, and performance management

  • Oversee program scheduling, census management, and utilization review processes

  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain evidence-based treatment programming

  • Monitor quality assurance, documentation standards, and outcome measures

  • Serve as a key liaison with referral sources, families, and community partners

  • Participate in budgeting, program development, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Do you have a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker license?, Do you have experience in Team management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, This position is ideal for a seasoned behavioral health leader who has successfully managed PHP/IOP services and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment., * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Program Director specifically overseeing PHP and/or IOP programs (required)

  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field (Master's preferred)

  • Strong understanding of adolescent behavioral health treatment models

  • Demonstrated leadership, staff development, and program management experience

  • Knowledge of state licensing, accreditation, and compliance standards

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Licensed or license-eligible clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or similar)

  • Experience working in adolescent treatment settings

  • Prior experience with program growth, census management, or new program development
