Cyber Systems Analyst

• Experience working on sof tware development projects, including Agile, in the systems development life cycle
• Experience with Help Desk or IT Service Management ( ITSM ) sof tware such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
• Experience managing and supporting Micro sof t Azure subscriptions, and performing endpoint administrative functions such as resource provisioning and configuration, role-based access control ( RBAC ) , monitoring and cost management, device provisioning and configuration, patch management and updates, endpoint security management, and user access and policy management
• Experience testing sof tware applications in a cloud environment, including validation, troubleshooting, and performance testing, and authoring functional and technical documents, including user guides, requirements documents, RTVMs, or FAQs
• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution processes, and deployment and operational support of sof tware tools in production and non-production environments
• Knowledge of web technologies, web-based applications, sof tware systems or networks, and security best practices in cloud and DoD environments
• Knowledge of Micro sof t Windows and Linux operating systems, endpoint and sof tware deployment automation, and monitoring or logging tools
• Ability to provide technical support and troubleshooting across multiple platforms, and develop, modify, and maintain custom scripts, including in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a Business IT, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering field

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with sof tware development process tools, including wikis such as Confluence or Jira
• Knowledge of cybersecurity policy and scorecard reporting
• DoD 8570 IAT II Certification or higher such as Security+, Network+, CEH, or CISSP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
