TEKsystems is seeking an experienced IT Network Support Technician in Ann Arbor, MI. What You'll Do As the go-to IT support resource, you'll provide end-to-end technical support for a large network project, * Serve as a primary support resource for network support

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Manage and resolve tickets while maintaining SLAs and best practices
  • Own new hire onboarding, including account creation and equipment setup
  • Maintain and support standard and custom system images
  • Assist with server, networking, phone systems, and VPN access
  • Document solutions and help improve IT processes and standards
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams when needed

Requirements

Minimum 6+ Months of experience in:

  • IT support environments
  • Experience in a professional IT Support position (helpdesk/desktop support)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills (over the phone experience preferred)
  • Proven experience following detailed instructions and documentation for support tasks
  • Windows Active Directory, Office 365
  • Ticketing systems and queue management
  • Network and hardware troubleshooting
  • VPN and access support
  • Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user device
