What You'll Do As the go-to IT support resource, you'll provide end-to-end technical support for a large network project, * Serve as a primary support resource for network support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage and resolve tickets while maintaining SLAs and best practices
- Own new hire onboarding, including account creation and equipment setup
- Maintain and support standard and custom system images
- Assist with server, networking, phone systems, and VPN access
- Document solutions and help improve IT processes and standards
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams when needed
Requirements
Minimum 6+ Months of experience in:
- IT support environments
- Experience in a professional IT Support position (helpdesk/desktop support)
- Strong communication and customer service skills (over the phone experience preferred)
- Proven experience following detailed instructions and documentation for support tasks
- Windows Active Directory, Office 365
- Ticketing systems and queue management
- Network and hardware troubleshooting
- VPN and access support
- Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user device
