Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.

7+ years of experience in software product management and/or software engineering, with significant ownership of platform or infrastructure products for large enterprises.

Proven experience as a Product Manager (or closely related role) for Master Data Management (MDM), Customer Data Platform (CDP), or enterprise data platform products.

Hands-on experience with or exposure to platforms such as Informatica, Salesforce Data Cloud, Azure Dataverse, or similar enterprise data solutions.

Strong understanding of data and AI architecture concepts, including relational and NoSQL data stores, data modeling, metadata management, APIs, event streaming, and real-time processing.

Experience working with AI and ML-enabled systems, such as intelligent matching, recommendations, classification, or decisioning.

Familiarity with AI agents, orchestration frameworks, or agent-like architectures that combine data, reasoning, and action.

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern SaaS delivery models.

Familiarity with data governance, security, privacy, and compliance requirements in enterprise environments.

Ability to read technical designs, engage in architectural trade-off discussions, and challenge assumptions constructively.

Prior experience building or scaling AI-driven data platforms, CDPs, or MDM solutions with embedded intelligence.

Exposure to generative AI, LLM-based systems, vector search, or hybrid transactional/analytical platforms.

Experience working in teams that leverage AI-assisted development, rapid prototyping, and "vibe coding" approaches.

Demonstrated executive-level storytelling: ability to frame strategy, trade-offs, and investment asks in a crisp narrative for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience leading executive readouts (e.g., QBRs/MBRs), preparing CEO/CPO/CTO briefings, and influencing decision-makers through clear written docs and compelling presentations.

Background as a software engineer, data engineer, or architect before transitioning into product management.

Experience defining data models and APIs consumed by AI agents, decision engines, or autonomous workflows.

Benefits & conditions
Base salary range for this role is 138,600 - 211,100 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
