Job description
Genesis10 is currently seeking a qualified candidate who will be able to collaborate with HR and business leaders to deliver strategic, data-driven insights through Workday reporting and analytics solutions. This role is responsible for configuring dashboards, reports, Discovery Boards, and other people analytics tools while ensuring data integrity, governance, privacy, and security standards are upheld. The ideal candidate brings strong Workday configuration expertise and a collaborative, consultative approach to stakeholder engagement., * Partner with HR and business leaders to understand business needs, document requirements, and provide strategic, data-driven recommendations.
- Translate business requirements into impactful Workday dashboards, reports, Discovery Boards, Prism analytics, and other people analytics tools.
- Collaborate with HR Technology, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data integrity and delivery of robust analytics solutions.
- Configure and maintain Workday dashboards and reporting tools; provide user training and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Establish and maintain standards and governance for people analytics, including centralizing metric definitions with HR partners.
- Partner with HR, Ethics & Compliance, Data Privacy, and Legal teams to ensure adherence to privacy and security standards.
- Mentor team members on best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a project-driven environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience configuring Workday dashboards, reporting, Discovery Boards, Prism, and/or People Analytics.
- Experience translating business requirements into analytics solutions and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and security standards.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience designing and implementing dashboards in other analytics platforms such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with configuration of the full Workday HCM suite preferred.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
