Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure (10+ Years)

Seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in Infrastructure, Network projects, SAP Financials, PWA, PMP methodologies, and project financial management. This role manages multiple concurrent projects, oversees vendor coordination, drives schedule and budget accuracy, and ensures compliance with PMO governance., * Lead project schedules, resource coordination, and issue management across 1-10 infrastructure projects.

• Maintain all project financials including accruals, forecasts, actuals, and invoice processing.
• Create and approve PWA timecards for project resources.
• Conduct project and stakeholder meetings, maintain meeting notes, and ensure compliance with PMO/PCO governance.
• Manage vendor coordination, contract support, and telecommunications-related licensing agreements.
• Submit PO requests, track delivery, and validate for invoicing.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, delivery delays, and change requests.
• Support network infrastructure scheduling, site installations, equipment turn-up, and acceptance testing.
• Work with internal teams to identify permitting requirements and manage documentation.
• Collaborate with 3rd-party vendors and provide status updates to leadership.
• Enforce job site safety requirements.
• Participate in Change Management (IT CAB) as needed.
