The Impact You'll Make

As a Data Hub Analyst for Solventum within the Data & Analytics organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and operational excellence of regulatory and product data within the enterprise Data Hub. This role partners closely with Regulatory Affairs, IT, Syndication, and Master Data teams to support business-critical data operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Data Hub Operations & Ticket Management

  • Triage all incoming CQ and ServiceNow tickets to determine applicability to the Data Hub.
  • Assign tickets to self or team members and manage completion within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Review, analyze, and resolve data-related issues by collaborating with Regulatory, IT, Syndication, and business stakeholders.

Mass Upload & Data Population Projects

  • Lead and execute large-scale Data Hub mass upload initiatives.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and data requirements, including:
  • Populating missing SKUs sourced from RIM systems.
  • Supporting upcoming initiatives such as population of EUDAMED-related data fields.
  • Allocate and manage work across team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Cross-Functional Data Requests

  • Action regulatory requests to add, update, or correct Data Hub records through formal ticketing workflows.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce syndication teams to support SKU updates and onboarding.
  • Partner with RegDesk and other regulatory platforms to ensure accurate SKU setup and maintenance within the Data Hub.

Data Hub Testing & Release Support

  • Partner with IT to review upcoming Data Hub releases, including new features, enhancements, and defect fixes.
  • Develop detailed test scripts and test cases for each Data Hub release.
  • Coordinate and assign testing activities across the team and validate results prior to production deployment.

Team Leadership & Enablement

  • Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with team members to review workload, project status, and timelines.
  • Provide guidance, issue resolution, and day-to-day support to team members.
  • Train new hires on Data Hub processes, systems, and tools.
  • Deliver training to existing team members on new Data Hub functionality and process changes.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Support data quality, governance, and compliance efforts aligned with Quality and Regulatory requirements.
  • Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities within Data Hub workflows.
  • Contribute to documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practices for Data Hub operations.

Requirements

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in business, information systems, data management, engineering, life sciences, or a related field from an accredited institution and (4) four years of experience in data operations, data governance, master data management, regulatory data, or a comparable data-focused role in a private, public, government or military environment

AND

  • (3) three experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, CQ) and managing work against SLAs.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Experience supporting regulatory data systems such as Regulatory Intelligence Management, EUDAMED, or similar healthcare compliance platforms.
  • Experience leading or coordinating mass data upload or remediation projects.
  • Strong understanding of data quality principles, governance frameworks, and controlled data environments.
  • Experience writing or executing system test scripts and supporting UAT activities.
  • Familiarity with product master data, SKU lifecycle management, or eCommerce syndication processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor or train team members in systems and processes.

Work location: Remote -United States

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international travel

Benefits & conditions

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $83,600 - $114,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
