Job description

As a member of our UX+UI Team, your contribution to the organization will be to leverage your background and experience to effectively support the UX+UI Strategy for all company websites from our Charlotte, NC headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Marketing Strategy Teams

  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

  • Assessing the usability of websites and making constructive suggestions for improvements while collaborating with internal teams

  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems

  • Working with a team of internal backend developers on features, implementations and bug fixes

  • Responsible for the success, failures and accuracy of our sites including product launches, site features, layouts, etc.

  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback, analytical data and research

  • Prioritizing and managing multiple projects effectively and efficiently

  • Collaborating and communicating effectively with entire marketing team

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a relevant UX+UI Role

  • Portfolio of Design Projects

  • Knowledge of HTML & CSS

  • Strong knowledge in design tools including but not limited to Photoshop and Figma

  • High attention to detail with advanced problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while being able to multi-task and work with cross-functional teams all while maintaining a high quality of work

  • Experience with a Content Management System (CMS)

  • Fluent in responsive development

  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a rapidly changing environment

  • Resourceful, innovative, creative and flexible

  • Organized, accurate and deadline-oriented

  • Friendly personality and the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues

  • Experience in Google Analytics and other analytical platforms a plus

  • Strong communication skills
