Job description
As a member of our UX+UI Team, your contribution to the organization will be to leverage your background and experience to effectively support the UX+UI Strategy for all company websites from our Charlotte, NC headquarters.
Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Marketing Strategy Teams

Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
-
Assessing the usability of websites and making constructive suggestions for improvements while collaborating with internal teams
-
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
-
Working with a team of internal backend developers on features, implementations and bug fixes
-
Responsible for the success, failures and accuracy of our sites including product launches, site features, layouts, etc.

Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback, analytical data and research

Prioritizing and managing multiple projects effectively and efficiently
-
Collaborating and communicating effectively with entire marketing team
Requirements
-
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a relevant UX+UI Role

Portfolio of Design Projects

Knowledge of HTML & CSS
-
Strong knowledge in design tools including but not limited to Photoshop and Figma
-
High attention to detail with advanced problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while being able to multi-task and work with cross-functional teams all while maintaining a high quality of work

Experience with a Content Management System (CMS)

Fluent in responsive development

Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a rapidly changing environment

Resourceful, innovative, creative and flexible

Organized, accurate and deadline-oriented

Friendly personality and the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues

Experience in Google Analytics and other analytical platforms a plus
