By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering., * Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures to identify and eliminate recurring issues.
- Develop and optimize Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) strategies for critical manufacturing assets.
- Monitor and analyze asset performance data (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and implement reliability improvement projects focused on reducing downtime and increasing equipment lifespan.
- Utilize reliability tools such as FMEA, RCM, and criticality analysis to enhance equipment design and maintenance practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to integrate reliability principles into new installations and existing processes.
- Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance personnel on reliability best practices and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 3-5+ years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and other reliability analytical methodologies.
- Strong practical experience with predictive maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography) and maintenance optimization techniques (e.g., RCM).
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and statistical analysis for reliability data.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R) for predictive modeling
- Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP)
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) certification
- Experience with specific Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo)
