Data Analytics Strategy Manager

Lead our data and analytics innovation strategy, developing and executing analytic experiments to generate business value from data.

In this role you will:

• Create an innovative environment where analytic experiments can thrive
• Manage strategic analytics research, hypothesis development, experimentation, and implementation efforts
• Collaborate with business leadership to develop applicable use cases and measures of success for analytic experiments
• Be a thought leader in advanced data techniques, including modeling, access, integration, visualization, text mining, discovery, statistical methods, database design and implementation
• Work with other reporting and analytic teams across the organization to implement analytical models and tools
• Develop analytics project prioritization, planning out the data to deliverables timelines and identification of potential roadblocks

You need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience
• 3 or more years of related work and leadership experience preferably at a health insurance company, consulting firm, or similar Industry

We also prefer:

• Experience using modern data and analytics software
• Experience in data management and analytics domains (e.g., data management, business intelligence development, advanced analytics, metadata management, Big Data development)
• Extensive understanding of data and analytical frameworks in digital health
• Familiarity with SQL programing, SAS, R and Python
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI or other business intelligence / visualization tools

This role is open to considering 100% remote work, we are highly interested in applicants that are regionally local to the Madison area, to be able to come into the office on occasion after Covid-19.
