Job description
- -Conduct thorough research on music copyrights, ownership structures, and licensing agreements to
- support the fractionalization of music royalties.
- -Analyze and validate data related to music catalogs, artists, and royalty streams to ensure accuracy
- and completeness.
- -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data quality issues and discrepancies.
- -Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to extract insights and trends relevant to the music
- royalty's landscape.
- -Support the development and maintenance of databases and systems for efficient data management.
- -Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings and support decision-making processes.
- -Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in data analysis and
- intellectual property research.
Requirements
- -Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- -Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in the fintech or music industry.
- -Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- -Familiarity with intellectual property laws and understanding of music industry dynamics.
- -Excellent research and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- -Effective communication skills to convey complex data findings to diverse stakeholders.
- -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
