Job description

  • -Conduct thorough research on music copyrights, ownership structures, and licensing agreements to
  • support the fractionalization of music royalties.
  • -Analyze and validate data related to music catalogs, artists, and royalty streams to ensure accuracy
  • and completeness.
  • -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data quality issues and discrepancies.
  • -Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to extract insights and trends relevant to the music
  • royalty's landscape.
  • -Support the development and maintenance of databases and systems for efficient data management.
  • -Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings and support decision-making processes.
  • -Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in data analysis and
  • intellectual property research.

Requirements

  • -Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • -Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in the fintech or music industry.
  • -Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • -Familiarity with intellectual property laws and understanding of music industry dynamics.
  • -Excellent research and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • -Effective communication skills to convey complex data findings to diverse stakeholders.
  • -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • -Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • -Previous experience in the intersection of finance and the music industry.
