Senior Backend Python Developer - GCP & Cloud Systems

The Senior Backend Python Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and scaling cloud-native backend systems using Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role focuses on building high-performance APIs, managing distributed systems, and supporting AI/automation workflows in a secure and scalable cloud environment. Key Responsibilities Backend Development

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Python
• Build and maintain APIs for high-performance applications
• Develop and optimize database integrations (SQL/NoSQL)

Cloud & GCP Architecture

• Design and implement solutions using GCP-native services
• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications in cloud environments
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of systems

Distributed Systems & Microservices

• Architect and manage distributed systems and microservices
• Optimize system performance and reliability
• Handle large-scale data processing and integrations

AI & Automation Integration

• Deploy and manage agent-based systems and AI workflows
• Collaborate with AI teams for backend integration

DevOps & CI/CD

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies
• Manage version control and release processes
• Ensure best practices for cloud operations and monitoring

Collaboration

• Work closely with frontend developers, AI engineers, and cross-functional teams
• Participate in design discussions and technical decision-making

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (mandatory)
• Expertise in Python backend development
• Experience in API design and backend architecture
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with cloud deployment, monitoring, and scaling
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices
• Experience with AI workflows or agent-based systems
