Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a highly quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering/Physics, Accounting, or Computer Science), plus a minimum of 10 years of experience in data analysis., Or High School Education or equivalent, plus a minimum of 12 years of experience in data analysis.
- Data analysis experience at a decision-making level., * Master's Degree
- Coursework/Training: Formal training in the techniques of CQI/TQM and statistical process control methodology.
- Healthcare organization/health insurer experience.
- Extensive experience in the techniques of CQI/TQM and statistical process control methodology.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
