IS/IT Specialist

AEIL is seeking a driven, solutions-oriented IS Specialist to join our Information Systems team. This role supports both office and manufacturing operations, ensuring reliable technology infrastructure across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Provide Tier 1-2 support through our service desk ticketing system
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
• Manage Active Directory accounts and Microsoft 365 environments
• Support network connectivity, VLANs, and IP configurations
• Maintain virtual environments and storage systems
• Assist with Oracle E-Business Suite and enterprise systems
• Develop technical documentation and train end users
• Manage device inventory and coordinate hardware procurement
• Support IS security initiatives and system maintenance

Do you have experience in VLAN?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years of hands-on IT support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Group Policy
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (VLANs, IP scopes, hardware setup)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• VMware and virtual environments
• Veeam, AWS backup solutions
• PowerShell scripting
• Oracle E-Business Suite
• SCCM / WSUS / WDS
• Linux environments
