AEIL is seeking a driven, solutions-oriented IS Specialist to join our Information Systems team. This role supports both office and manufacturing operations, ensuring reliable technology infrastructure across the organization.

What You'll Do
- Provide Tier 1-2 support through our service desk ticketing system
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
- Manage Active Directory accounts and Microsoft 365 environments
- Support network connectivity, VLANs, and IP configurations
- Maintain virtual environments and storage systems
- Assist with Oracle E-Business Suite and enterprise systems
- Develop technical documentation and train end users
- Manage device inventory and coordinate hardware procurement
- Support IS security initiatives and system maintenance
Requirements
Do you have experience in VLAN?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (VLANs, IP scopes, hardware setup)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Experience:
- VMware and virtual environments
- Veeam, AWS backup solutions
- PowerShell scripting
- Oracle E-Business Suite
- SCCM / WSUS / WDS
- Linux environments
