Job description
We are seeking an experienced Windows 10/11 Deskside Support Technician to provide onsite technical support for a growing corporate office environment. This role involves direct end-user support, hardware/software troubleshooting, workstation deployments, asset management, and participation in steady-state deskside operations., * Provide hardware and software break/fix support for Windows 10/11 systems.
- Perform IMAC services: Installs, Moves, Adds, and Changes.
- Image, configure, and deploy systems in support of break/fix and new setups.
- Support common peripherals (printers, monitors, keyboards, mice, etc.).
- Install customer-approved software outside the standard base image.
- Troubleshoot end-user issues related to network adapters, wireless, and VPN connections.
Asset Management
- Asset tagging and documentation.
- Asset recovery and proper disposal according to internal procedures.
- Package and prepare mobile devices for return or disposal.
- Direct users to device return processes and support standard check-in/check-out workflows.
Customer-Focused Support
- Provide high-quality customer service at the onsite Tech Bar / Client Center.
- Maintain accurate updates in ITSM/ticketing systems.
- Ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution to maintain user satisfaction.

Requirements
The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, corporate support experience, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a technical team.

This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, NE. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $26.00/hr.
