Job description
The Associate in Enterprise Applications is expected to provide support, with guidance and oversight, in the set-up and maintenance of internal IT applications and services. This role focuses primarily on providing operational support for enterprise business applications with a primary focus on Salesforce (CRM) and HubSpot (CRM/Marketing Automation). This role helps ensure reliable day-to-day operations, strong user adoption, lead and customer lifecycle data integrity, and ongoing enhancements aligned with Sales, Marketing, and Operations needs. Responsibilities include user support, configuration assistance, reporting, automation, and integration monitoring across CRM and marketing systems., * Assist with the set-up, installation and configuration of internal applications and services ensuring continuous functionality and capability for internal use.
- Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce and HubSpot users, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation management as needed.
- Participate in CRM and Marketing tooling related projects and enhancements, including testing, UAT coordination, and post-deployment support.
- Support and monitor integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot and other business systems, working with internal teams and vendors as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve CRM and Marketing processes, usability, and automation to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
- Assist in testing applications and services, using a secured test environment/location, to ensure proper functioning prior to global launch of changes, updates and integrations.
- Actively monitor the Service Manager system, assign end-user requests and respond in a timely manner to requests to troubleshoot issues with internal applications and services.
- Document processes, procedures and customizations ensuring clarity of instruction for team members use.
- Works with manager in completing own annual goal setting and performance review in a timely manner.
- Proactively communicates with upper management to provide updates and report issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in ad-hoc IT Operations related projects or assignments, as needed.

- One to three years of related work experience preferred (CRM/Marketing tooling, administration, or business applications support).
- ITIL Certification required within 90 days of hire.
