Job description
- Respond promptly to user inquiries and support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
- Provide first-level technical support for common IT issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Provide first-level technical support for core applications and systems.
- Document all support requests and resolutions in the IT service management system.
- Follow standard procedures for troubleshooting and escalating unresolved issues to higher-level support personnel.
- Assist in setting up new user accounts and hardware under direction from senior staff.
- Support basic software installations and updates on end-user devices.
- Maintain and update IT documentation related to troubleshooting and support procedures.
- Educate users on basic IT policies, password management, and best practices.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when assisting users.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve technical skills and service delivery.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Customer inquiry handling?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Are you looking to make a difference in patients' lives with a company that values your expertise? - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and general desktop support.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to follow documented procedures and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or coursework (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) a plus.
- Healthcare IT experience is a plus but not required.
