Job description
We are seeking a motivated Junior Microsoft 365 Developer / IT Support Specialist to support, maintain, and enhance Microsoft 365 environments while providing day-to-day IT support. The role involves assisting in developing solutions using Microsoft 365 tools, troubleshooting user issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations., * Assist in developing and customizing solutions using Microsoft 365, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online
- Support configuration and management of Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and SharePoint
- Create workflows, forms, and automation to improve business processes
- Help manage user access, permissions, and security settings
IT Support:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and Windows systems
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding users (account setup, access provisioning)
- Respond to service desk tickets and ensure timely resolution
System Maintenance & Monitoring:
- Monitor system performance and ensure availability of services
- Perform regular updates, patches, and backups
- Maintain documentation for IT processes and solutions
Collaboration & Improvement:
- Work with senior developers and IT teams to implement solutions
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Support end-user training and adoption of Microsoft 365 tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Understanding of Windows OS, networking basics, and Active Directory
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, * Internship or 0-2 years of experience in IT support or M365 development
- Knowledge of SharePoint development/customization
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, PL-900) are a plus, * Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
