Job description

Embrace the opportunity to shape digital landscapes as a UX Architect, leading transformative design experiences in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment. Responsibilities

  • Lead the evolutionary design process for user experiences, crafting discovery phases, wireframes, prototypes, and delivering polished UI.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams such as product managers and engineers to ensure designs meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive design documentation and interaction models for seamless development execution.
  • Ensure optimal application experiences are maintained and improved based on user insights and analytics.
  • Guide and mentor offshore designers, promoting consistency and quality across design endeavors.
  • Participate in Agile processes, influencing user experience priorities in planning stages.
  • Champion best-in-class UX practices and contribute to the strategic direction of consumer banking applications.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in UX, Interaction, or Experience Design.
  • Robust portfolio highlighting successful, complex digital design projects from inception to delivery.
  • Advanced proficiency in UX research, crafting user flows, prototyping, visual design, and design system methodologies.
  • Expertise in modern design platforms, like Figma, and experience in Agile development settings.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in designing within financial services or regulated industries.
  • Understanding of multi-channel applications, including those that are banker-assisted or offer digital self-service.
  • Proven ability to work with and guide distributed design teams effectively.
