Job description
The Enterprise IT Depot Technician is responsible for managing the lifecycle of enterprise IT assets including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals. This role supports device imaging, configuration, repair, inventory control, asset tracking, and logistics operations to ensure timely deployment and recovery of equipment across the organization., Image, configure, and deploy enterprise laptops, desktops, and mobile devices using approved standards and tools
Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and component replacements (RAM, SSD, battery, motherboard, etc.)
Process new equipment intake, asset tagging, and inventory updates
Manage asset tracking systems and maintain accurate lifecycle documentation
Support device refresh programs, upgrades, and mass deployments
Prepare and ship equipment to remote users and receive returned assets
Wipe and securely decommission hardware per security policies
Maintain depot inventory including spare parts and accessories
Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate IT teams
Ensure compliance with corporate IT security and data protection policies
Assist with project-based rollouts and enterprise-wide hardware initiatives
Requirements
The ideal candidate has strong technical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and experience working in structured enterprise IT environments., desktop, windows 10, troubleshooting, hardware, active directory, windows, mac, office 365, imaging

This is a Contract position based out of Englewood, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
