Job description

  • Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops (Windows & Mac), and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (VPN, DNS, DHCP)
  • Manage user access and onboarding/offboarding using IAM tools like Okta
  • Perform IMACD activities and system reimaging
  • Support ticketing systems and ensure timely issue resolution

Requirements

Do you have experience in macOS?, We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with strong experience in end-user support, Mac systems, and basic networking., * 3+ years of Desktop Support experience

  • Strong knowledge of Mac OS & Windows
  • Experience with IAM tools (e.g., Okta, Active Directory)
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Good communication skills
