Desktop Administrator - Network Specialist

AlliedUP's Client, a mission-driven community health organization in Oakland, CA, is seeking a Desktop Administrator - Network Specialist to support day-to-day IT operations and network infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical support while contributing to reliable, high-performing network systems that support critical community services., * Provide desktop support (hardware, software, connectivity issues)

• Administer Microsoft 365, Windows, iOS, and Apple systems
• Support network infrastructure (switches, routers, wireless access points)
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues
• Perform system and network maintenance, updates, and upgrades
• Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps
• Assist with network improvements and wireless upgrades
• Collaborate with IT team and support end-user training

Do you have experience in macOS?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Experience in desktop support and/or network operations

• Knowledge of switches, routers, and wireless networking
• Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Windows, and Apple environments
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Certifications (Network+, CCNA, etc.) are a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
