Scrum Master

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum practices
• Work closely with the PM to conduct sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives
• Support Partner teams and customer SMEs in delivering modernization milestones
• Track sprint progress, manage Jira boards, and ensure story completion
• Promote continuous improvement through feedback and team collaboration
• Coordinate with Product Owners and Architects to align priorities
• Maintain transparency of team performance and delivery metrics

• Active Top Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's in Business, IT, or related field
• 10+ years of experience with Agile software development processes
• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and Scrum principles
• Experience managing Jira boards and Agile metrics
• Skilled in facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ability to coach teams and resolve delivery blockers
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience supporting cross-functional technical teams

Desired Skills

• 2+ years supporting federal or enterprise-level Agile projects
• Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and cloud-native delivery environments
• Master's degree or certification (e.g. CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist)
