- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity

- Provide exceptional technical support to staff, including training and guidance on system usage

Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * 2 years of experience in systems administration or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical staff
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
