- Configure and maintain Windows computer systems in accordance with US Army guidelines.
- Perform computer and local network scans, operating system patching and anti-virus patching and scans.
- Provide installation, configuration, and maintenance of system hardware and software.
- Provide support for systems and users.
- Provide troubleshooting support for hardware and software.
Requirements
Torch Technologies is seeking a motivated Mid-Level Windows System Administrator that can work with a diverse team to monitor, update, and support a THAAD Hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) Interoperability lab. Seeking a candidate with a strong background in Windows and security. Must be able to work in a team environment. This lab supports an independent test platform for the THAAD weapons system.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills both oral and written; exhibit the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, customer focused work environment.
Off Hours support may occasionally be required as mission dictates to support test events., * US Citizenship.
- Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years related Windows systems administration experience. Classified lab networking and hardware knowledge.
- Must be familiar with software suites such as Interoperability Engineering System (IES) and Network, System Integration and Test Environment (NSITE) configured to support THAAD Interoperability and perform hardware and software management for these systems.
- Must be familiar with THAAD Interoperability networking and connectivity to supporting Windows systems.
- Must have an Active current Secret Clearance.
- Windows and Security+ certifications.
