Senior Data Analyst 1 (08)

• Lead advanced analytics work, including statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
• Performing screening of engineering changes for release impact and quality of attributes & Bill of Materials before release for ordering/production.
• Build dashboards, visualizations, and data products that support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct full cycle data processing: preparation, cleansing, modeling, and reporting.
• Partner with cross functional stakeholders to clarify needs, challenge assumptions, and deliver data driven recommendations through engineering change releases.
• Contribute to the analytics roadmap and recommend improvements to tools and systems.
• Coach and mentor junior analysts, supporting capability growth across the team.

• BSc in Scientific or Technical field with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and delivering business relevant insights, working across departments, through resistance and challenging .

Skills

• Proficient in SQL, Python, Power BI, Spotfire, SAP Analytic Cloud, SAP HANA, SAP ECC (S/4), and Microsoft office including (AI).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently lead midsized analytics projects.
