Code Development: Write clean, maintainable code using Angular and .NET for healthcare applications, under the guidance of senior engineers.

AI/LLM Development & Integration

Design, develop, and integrate Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities into the HAL platform, including chat interfaces, agent workflows, and AI-driven features.

Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with document ingestion, embedding generation, vector database integration, and query optimization.

Develop, test, and refine prompts, system instructions, and evaluation frameworks to improve model accuracy, reliability, and user experience.
Model Deployment & AI Infrastructure

Deploy and manage open-source and proprietary LLMs (e.g., via vLLM, Ollama), optimizing for performance, cost, and scalability.

Utilize Docker and container-based workflows to package, deploy, and scale AI services across environments.

Implement logging, tracing, and performance monitoring for AI systems, including token usage, latency, and model behavior analysis.
Frontend & Data Pipeline Development

Contribute to modern web interfaces (e.g., Svelte) for intuitive AI interaction, including chat, skills, and agent-based workflows.

Work with structured and unstructured data sources for AI use cases, including preprocessing, transformation, and ingestion into vector stores or knowledge bases.
Governance, Security & Innovation

Ensure AI solutions comply with internal governance, security standards, and responsible AI practices, including data privacy and model risk considerations.

Stay current with advancements in AI/ML, LLMs, and developer tooling, contributing ideas to evolve the HAL platform.
Talent Management

Collaborate with the Talent team to actively engage in the hiring and recruitment process, including but not limited to participating in interviews.

Leverage industry networks and expertise to identify and attract top talent that aligns with the company's objectives and values.

Provide guidance and mentorship to team members within your department and across diverse functions.

Play an integral role in shaping and reinforcing the overall company culture, promoting values that enhance teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
Additional Responsibilities
- Must be available for on-call duty during peak periods, providing support outside of regular working hours as needed to ensure the timely resolution of critical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required.
- Masters degree is preferred
Experience

0-2 years in software development, preferably in healthcare technology.

Python for AI/ML development and scripting.

Containerization (Docker) and orchestration concepts.

REST API development or integration for AI services.

Modern frontend frameworks (Svelte or similar) for AI-driven interfaces.

Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
Certifications Required
- Must get the AZ900 and AI900 certification within 180 days if not already certified

Base Salary of $91,000 - $120,000/yr
