Job description

The Manufacturing Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Expert is responsible for implementing and governing secure manufacturing infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions across the global manufacturing landscape. You will provide coordination and hands-on support to the Crop Science digital network and its partners, ensuring solutions align with business objectives, corporate standards, and local regulatory requirements. This position plays a key role in enabling strong collaboration across IT, OT, and business stakeholders to deliver resilient, compliant, and scalable manufacturing environments., + Build and oversee secure IT/OT manufacturing infrastructure and cybersecurity architectures;

  • Ensure protection of operational technologies through robust security concepts, controls, and governance aligned with company standards and regulatory requirements;

  • Provide deep technical expertise in IT/OT security, including industrial control systems, network segmentation, and cybersecurity protocols;

  • Support assessment and mitigation of cybersecurity risks within manufacturing environments;

  • Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration, transparency, and data-driven decision-making;

  • Develop and present meaningful security and infrastructure insights, including visualizations, to support leadership and stakeholder decisions;

  • Act as a key interface between manufacturing, global IT, and external partners, enabling effective knowledge transfer and alignment;

  • Drive alignment of infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives with business priorities through clear communication and strategic engagement;

  • Coordinate multiple global infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in a relevant technical field;

  • Several years of experience in IT/OT operations, manufacturing infrastructure, and cybersecurity;

  • Proven experience managing complex, global projects across regions and diverse stakeholder groups;

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex system landscapes through documentation and expert interviews;

  • Experience engaging with technical communities and driving knowledge sharing on infrastructure and cybersecurity topics;

  • Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and align across organizational boundaries;

  • Strong consulting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;

  • Research and innovation mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Benefits & conditions

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $114,608.00 - $171,912.00 Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc..
