Job description
As a Global Solutions Architect, Automation within the Center of Excellence (COE), you will be responsible for building and scaling the platforms, automation, and intelligent workflows that enable efficient, consistent delivery across all theaters. You will translate product capabilities, field insights, and delivery needs into reusable assets and systems that reduce manual effort, improve quality, and accelerate customer outcomes., Build & Scale Automation

Design, build, and deploy automation solutions (Python, integrations, workflows) that improve time to deploy and reduce manual effort

Develop reusable assets such as playbooks, workflows, and integration patterns that can be leveraged across teams

Test and validate automation in real-world delivery scenarios before scaling
Platform & Workflow Enablement

Translate complex delivery processes into simplified, repeatable, platform-driven workflows

Identify inefficiencies and implement automation-first solutions to improve speed and consistency

Enable teams to adopt and operationalize standardized workflows
Lifecycle Impact

Support the full delivery lifecycle from initial deployment through ongoing optimization

Build solutions that not only work once, but scale across multiple customers and environments

Define practical maturity improvements that move teams from manual to automated delivery
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Practice Architects, Product, Engineering, and Services teams to align automation with real delivery needs

Build strong relationships with technical teams to understand challenges and drive adoption

Provide feedback to influence platform capabilities and close gaps
Requirements
-
Strong hands-on experience building automation using Python (or similar scripting languages)

Experience working with SIEM/SOAR platforms (Cortex preferred) or similar security automation environments

Proven ability to build tools, workflows, or systems that improved operational efficiency or delivery outcomes

Experience designing repeatable solutions that scale across teams or customers

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into structured, automated solutions

Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible , or similar

Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security architectures
-
Experience working with APIs, integrations, and system workflows
-
Experience within Professional Services, Consulting, or customer delivery environments

Familiarity with Cortex product suite (XSIAM, XSOAR)

Experience influencing platform or product direction based on field needs
Benefits & conditions
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. $140,000.00 - $192,500.00/yr
