SAP Functional Consultant

Immediate need for a talented SAP Functional Consultant. This is a 12+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Atlanta, GA. Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested., * Analyze, create, and maintain SAP security roles and profiles to meet compliance and business needs.

• Collaborate with functional teams, developers, and business units to deliver secure solutions.
• Ensure audit compliance and contribute to SAP security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support production environments and coordinate security aspects of new implementations and projects.
• Provide thought leadership on security design, risk mitigation, and future supportability.
• Create and maintain security standards, procedures, and technical documentation

• Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP security design, implementation, and administration in SAP ECC, including production support.
• Expertise in SAP security objects across modules: AM, BC, FI, MM, PM, PS, QA, SD.
• Proficient in SAP authorization concepts, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP security administration, including global account provisioning, authentication, IAS/IPS administration, and trust/federation configuration.
• Strong understanding of SOX compliance, system risks, segregation of duties, and mitigating controls.
• Familiarity with SAP Basis, ABAP objects, transports, and integration points.
• Experience with SAP GRC 10.x (required); AC12 experience is a plus.
• SAP HCM authorization experience (Payroll, Time, OM/PA) and structural profiles (preferred).
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and Gateway authorizations (preferred).
• Experience with SAP HANA BI role design and user administration (plus).
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Extended Warehouse Management and Transportation Management (plus).\
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database tools.
• Understanding of identity management, SSO, mobile, and cloud security solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP security design, implementation, and administration in SAP ECC, including production support.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP security administration, including global account provisioning, authentication, IAS/IPS administration, and trust/federation configuration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Pay Range: $65-$75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
