Job description
The ARGO Teller Technical Analyst supports and maintains branch teller systems, ensuring reliable daily banking operations and seamless customer transactions., * Support Argo Data Resource Corporation Teller platform
- Troubleshoot:
- Login / access issues
- Transaction errors (deposits, withdrawals, transfers)
- Performance issues
- Provide support to branch and teller users
- Application & Integration Support
- Support integrations between ARGO Teller and:
- Core banking systems
- Customer account platforms
- Payment systems
- Work with branch devices:
- ATM / PIN pad
- Signature pads
- Cash recyclers
- Check scanners
- Incident & Problem Management
- Monitor production issues and alerts
- Perform root cause analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams and ARGO vendor support
- Access & Security
- Manage teller user roles and permissions
- Support SSO / MFA authentication
- Ensure compliance with banking security standards
- Release & Change Management
- Support ARGO Teller upgrades and patches
- Participate in UAT testing
- Assist with production deployments
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Track system performance and uptime
- Analyze incidents and trends
- Recommend improvements
Requirements
- Experience with ARGO Teller
- SQL / database basics
- API / integration understanding
- ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira), * Teller workflows:
- Deposits
- Withdrawals
- Cash handling
- Branch operations knowledge, * Strong troubleshooting
- Communication with branch users
- Ability to handle production issues
