Job description

Translate business objectives and user needs into intuitive, user-centered designs, workflows, and end-to-end experiences.

Partner with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and Business stakeholders to define and evolve future-state user experiences aligned to platform strategy.

Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications to guide development teams.

Conduct and incorporate user research, journey mapping, and usability feedback to inform design decisions.

Ensure accessibility, usability, and alignment with enterprise UX and design standards across applications.

Collaborate throughout the development life cycle to ensure design intent and fidelity during implementation.

Validate designs early through stakeholder and user feedback to reduce rework and development churn.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced UX Designer to support future-state product and platform needs across expanding, complex initiatives. This role ensures user experience is intentionally designed upfront, aligned to enterprise standards, and integrated throughout the development lifecycle. The UX Designer partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, scalable, and accessible solutions., Bachelor's Degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience requried.

10+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or user experience strategy for enterprise or platform-based applications.

Proven ability to translate complex business and user needs into intuitive, scalable designs.

Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

Deep understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), and enterprise design systems.

Proficiency with industry-standard UX and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.

Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technology stakeholders.

Benefits & conditions

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 116,100 - 193,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
