The DOS ESDA Program supports the U.S. Department of State, Global Acquisitions (GA) on a high visibility modernization initiative consolidating fragmented governance, sourcing, and platform support into a unified Integrated EDSA Governance & Shared Services Team. This program streamlines decision-making, enhances transparency, and accelerates technology delivery across ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power Platform, and procurement analytics. This role focuses on rapid application delivery and workflow automation - executing a high volume of tactical development tasks and building practical solutions that directly address day-to-day business needs., Application Development: Build and maintain Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), ServiceNow catalog items and forms, and customized SharePoint lists and pages to meet business requirements.

Workflow Automation: Develop and maintain Power Automate flows that streamline business processes, reduce manual work, and connect disparate enterprise systems.

Platform Integration: Build and maintain API connections and data gateway integrations between ServiceNow, SharePoint, and external enterprise systems to ensure seamless, secure data flow.

Backlog Execution: Work closely with senior engineers to execute sprint deliverables at pace, maintaining team delivery velocity during high-demand periods.
Requirements
Eligibility: Candidate must possess an active Secret clearance, Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise application development across one or more low-code/no-code platforms.

Working proficiency building canvas and model-driven Power Apps, configuring ServiceNow modules, and managing SharePoint environments.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Power Automate connectors, and data gateway architecture.

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
