Senior Technical Specialist

To conceptualize, design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope,by adopting industry-leading practices, thus contributing significantly to the advancement and success of the project. Extensive hands-on experience with TIBCO Business Events with strong proficiency in Java, including enterprise application development. Solid experience with API-based integrations and modern integration patterns. Knowledge of security protocols and best practices for system integrations. Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-scale distributed systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive issues to resolution independently. Experience writing technical requirements, solution designs, and documentation. Hands-on experience integrating with banks, acquirers, or payment processors in an e-commerce or payments environment(Nice to Have). Design, develop, and implement solutions using TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE) and Java. Collaborate with banking clients to facilitate smooth onboarding and technical implementations. Communicate effectively with business users, ensuring seamless coordination and problem resolution. Take full ownership of technical solutions, documentation, and delivery timelines. Work collaboratively with team members in India and across other U.S. time zones. 3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. Ensuring a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship.
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
6. To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions – building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.
