  • Oversee key operational stages including data intake, processing, and review workflows, while identifying opportunities to streamline delivery.

  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex data challenges, advising on tooling, workflows, and review strategies.

  • Provide oversight across a portfolio of engagements, reporting on delivery progress, risks, and commercial performance.

  • Lead, develop, and scale a specialist team, fostering capability growth and maintaining high performance standards.

Partner & Resource Management

  • Oversee external delivery partners and review providers, ensuring consistent performance, security compliance, and alignment with internal processes.

  • Manage resourcing strategies across global teams, balancing offshore and onshore delivery models.

  • Support commercial activities including scoping, pricing, and responding to client requirements.

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Drive continuous improvement of data review methodologies, incorporating both automated data mining techniques and manual review processes.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance consistency in outputs and strengthen integration with wider breach response services.

  • Champion the use of emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools, to improve efficiency and accuracy within review workflows.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams involved in incident response and client communications to ensure a coordinated approach.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and legal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout engagements.
