Job description
*Provide payroll system expertise and serve as Kronos and ADP system administrator which consists of planning, business process mapping, requirements gathering, integration, design, configuration, integration, and implementation. *Create and manage payroll test plans, coordinate, and conduct user acceptance and functional regression testing of new and enhanced Payroll Systems functionality and reporting tools. *Provide support to business partners in researching and resolving system issues and exception handling. Open and manage service requests and emails with ADP and Kronos as needed. *Provide reporting support to Payroll team, which includes producing standard payroll reports, creating, and maintaining complex reports, and accurate exception reporting for the payroll team. Runs data bridges as required to update Payroll data. *Conduct business process re-engineering to identify opportunities for improvement, and making appropriate recommendations; ensuring processes are optimally aligned and that they follow industry standards *Create functional/technical specs, business process mapping, SOPs and system admin process documentation to ensure best in class controls for timekeeping and payroll processes. *Performs daily audit and verification of data received into the Vantage system from the People system to ensure integrity of Payroll associate data needed for Payroll processing. Research discrepancies and correct as needed. *Performs routine maintenance to system configuration (payroll setup and ADP G/L setup) *Partner closely with IT to align Payroll Systems configuration with the IT infrastructure, data mapping and integration in accordance with IT change control, information security and compliance standard operating procedures

Requirements
*Bachelor's in finance or related field *4-6 years of experience working with payroll systems such as Kronos, ADP or Workday with responsibility for setup and maintenance *4-6 years of functional working experience with Kronos doing configuration and administration. *3- 5 years of Multi-State Payroll experience *Proficient in writing Kronos and ADPR reports *Knowledge of and ability to use MS Office Suite products *In depth functional experience with Workday/Kronos preferred, technical experience a plus *Excellent customer service skills *Excellent written and verbal communication *Ability to communicate business needs to technical people and to communicate and simplify complex technical information for non-technical users *Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations *Ability to draft routine correspondence and manage information and data in a confidential and professional manner *Ability to balance the demands of projects, maintenance and support, customer expectations, and staff development in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
