Workday Product Owner

Depending on your background, you'll take ownership of a key area within the HR technology ecosystem, with responsibilities including:

• Owning and shaping Workday product roadmaps aligned to business priorities
• Designing and improving end-to-end employee journeys (hire ? onboard ? manage ? exit)
• Simplifying and optimising Workday business processes and workflows
• Driving automation, self-service, and user experience improvements
• Partnering with engineering and architecture teams on integrations, data flows, and scalable solutions
• Identifying opportunities to introduce AI-driven capabilities across HR platforms
• Acting as a bridge between HR, IT, and business stakeholders

• Strong experience across Workday (Core HCM, Recruiting, Comp & Benefits, or Onboarding)
• Background in Product Ownership, Product Management, or HR Technology leadership
• Proven ability to improve processes, workflows, and user experience within HR systems
• Experience working in large, complex, enterprise environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate business needs into solutions
