Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Application Production Support Analyst to support enterprise-scale microservices-based applications on a 24X7 Global delivery model. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, rapid incident resolution, and operational excellence across real-time and batch processing systems., Monitor application health using Splunk, Grafana dashboards for proactive issue detection
Requirements
5-8 years of experience in Application Production Support, Splunk (log analysis and quick querying)
Grafana and monitoring dashboards
Cassandra DB (strong querying skills; deep functional understanding)
Unix/Linux (batch jobs, scripting, troubleshooting)
AWS services (EC2, CloudWatch, etc.)
Kubernetes (K8s) and containerized environments
Proven ability to triage issues quickly and drive resolution under pressure
Strong experience in incident management and bridge handling
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting large-scale, high-availability enterprise applications
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Exposure to observability frameworks and automation tools

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below., Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
