Requirements
As Senior Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing high performance mobile apps team for CVS customers. Our mobile apps teams are cross platform - native iOS and Android. You will lead an engineering team in an agile environment building solutions and working closely with Product and UX. The key to the success of this position is having strong and innovative approach to problem solving, great technical leadership, excellent communication (written and verbal, formal and informal), flexibility, and a self-motivated working style with attention to detail on top of a Customer first mindset., + 7+ years of software development experience building customer-facing applications

5+ years of experience managing backend/frontend/mobile/web teams

5+ years of experience in any of the following programming languages : Java/angular/react/Mobile stack

3+ years of experience working with highly available, large scale, high performing applications

3+ years experience with any of the following public cloud : GCP/AWS/Azure

3+ years of experience with CI/CD - CircleCI, ArgoCD, GitHub actions

3+ years of experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent communications, organization, and time management skills

Have architected, designed, delivered mobile applications

Experience with defining the architecture or solutions for the mobile applications

Experience in Flutter/Mobile application development, Bachelor's degree or, equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$130,295.00 - $260,590.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
