Senior Data Engineer

In this role, you will design and build scalable data pipelines and industrialized data assets, with a strong focus on CRM data integration and optimization to support sales, loyalty, and marketing initiatives across our automotive business. You will partner closely with Data Scientists, BI Developers, and Marketing and Sales Operations teams to deliver data solutions that enhance customer loyalty, improve lead conversion, support targeted campaigns, and provide program-level oversight.

Using cloud-native technologies, including Azure Databricks, you will enable advanced analytics across customer behavior, dealer interactions, vehicle purchase trends, and campaign performance-helping shape the future of automotive retail and marketing., This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}.

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer who is passionate about building scalable data solutions and applying modern development and DevOps practices to data engineering workflows, with a strong background working in Azure- and Databricks-based environments., + 7+ Years Data Engineering Experience

• Proven experience working withDatabricksandAzure(Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse, etc.).

• Strong proficiency inPython,SQL,ApacheSpark, and distributed data processing frameworks.

• Hands-on experience withCI/CD pipelines,Git, andDevOps toolsfor data engineering.

• Solid understanding ofcloud architecture,data security, andperformance optimization.

• Ability to work in an agile environment and deliver solutions at scale.

• The salary range for this roleis $153,200 to $269,100The actual basesalarya successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
