Job description
? Refine our software development processes to maintain high team velocity and quality
? Optimize our loan application funnel to increase conversion and efficiency
? Build new features for servicing our financial products and handling money movement
? Develop internal tools to empower growth, operations, and support teams
? Design and maintain data pipelines that handle large volumes of financial data
? Build enterprise B2B features (program analytics, reporting) for the platforms and
partners we integrate with
Tech Stack
? Front end: React, Typescript, NextJS
? Back end: Node, Typecsript, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis
Requirements
? 5+ years of experience building high-quality, customer-facing products
? Comfortable operating with minimal PM structure - you help define problems, not just
implement solutions
? Ability to balance short-term pragmatism with thoughtful, future-proof system design
? Strong fundamentals in engineering best practices and tech stack (Typescript, React,
Nodejs, PostgreSQL)
? Experience delivering complex, end-to-end features with clear product impact - not just
incremental changes
? Strong product instincts - you care about UX, performance, and polish. You speak up
and challenge decisions when something feels off
? High ownership - you take ideas from concept through launch and iteration
? Experience in a startup or environment with a high engineering bar
? High proficiency with AI tooling to ship high-quality code quickly - without the AI slop
