Job description
- Partner closely with Sales and Product teams throughout the sales cycle and customer lifecycle to design and deliver tailored OpenTrack solutions that address clients supply chain challenges
- Design and present compelling product demos, proofs of concept, and solution architectures that clearly demonstrate the value of the OpenTrack platform
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them understand how OpenTrack integrates into their existing technology stack and operations
- Support customer onboarding and implementations and guide customers through technical setup, integrations, and best practices
- Translate customer feedback and technical requirements into actionable insights for Technical teams
- Identify opportunities to expand platform usage by recommending additional features, integrations, or use cases that align with customer goals
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and removing blockers to ensure a smooth and successful customer experience
- Stay current on OpenTrack product capabilities, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve solution design and customer outcomes
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar client-facing technical role, preferably in B2B SaaS or supply chain/logistics technology
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand APIs, data integrations, workflows, and platform architecture (hands-on coding not required, but technical fluency is)
- Comfortable using AI tools and prompts. Enjoy experimenting with AI to improve workflows, demos, analysis, and client outcomes
- Client centered mindset with a passion for solving complex business problems through technology
- Ability to translate customer business challenges and operational requirements into technical solutions using OpenTrack
- Curious and eager to understand how supply chains, logistics operations, and data systems work
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated curiosity about how businesses work end-to-end. Not just your slice of the problem, but the upstream and downstream context that shapes decisions
- High agency and a bias toward self-directed learning. You've taught yourself new tools, built personal projects, or figured things out independently rather than waiting to be shown
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering teams
