Job description

  • Build end-to-end prototypes to evaluate new technologies and validate ideas
  • Rapidly iterate on minimum lovable products (MLPs) and evolve them through feedback
  • Design and implement scalable systems and architectures
  • Work with AI/ML tools, LLM APIs, and automation workflows to solve real business problems
  • Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
  • Mentor engineers and help elevate engineering standards across the team
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide automation and developer productivity initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience
  • Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Go, or similar
  • Experience building scalable systems, microservices, and cloud-based applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • LLMs, AI agents, or prompt-based workflows
  • Automation solutions and workflow orchestration
  • Vector databases or modern data architectures
  • Strong understanding of system design and solution architecture
  • Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to prototype quickly and operate in ambiguous environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience with emerging technologies and rapid prototyping environments
  • Background in automation or developer productivity tools
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
