Job description
- Build end-to-end prototypes to evaluate new technologies and validate ideas
- Rapidly iterate on minimum lovable products (MLPs) and evolve them through feedback
- Design and implement scalable systems and architectures
- Work with AI/ML tools, LLM APIs, and automation workflows to solve real business problems
- Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
- Mentor engineers and help elevate engineering standards across the team
- Contribute to enterprise-wide automation and developer productivity initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience
- Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Go, or similar
- Experience building scalable systems, microservices, and cloud-based applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Hands-on experience with:
- LLMs, AI agents, or prompt-based workflows
- Automation solutions and workflow orchestration
- Vector databases or modern data architectures
- Strong understanding of system design and solution architecture
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to prototype quickly and operate in ambiguous environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with emerging technologies and rapid prototyping environments
- Background in automation or developer productivity tools
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
